Another idea for super moist cakes and cupcakes. A cup and a half of prepared instant mashed potatoes added to the batter. What do you think Carlton? ?
What an interesting idea! I once had a friend who used mashed potatoes to make chocolate cake, and I use instant potatoes for both pancakes and pasta. We’ll have to add these ideas to our cooking list as we invent dinner together. Thank you!
